Winter 2024
As the world continues to grow and shift in shocking and familiar ways, I am endeavoring to imagine a world to come where all people are free and thriving and there are systems in place to support the sustainability of this world, rather than to hamper it's existence. In all areas of my work and life, I am striving towards collaborating with others to envision and co-create this world.
I recently participated in the facilitator training course for Dismantling Racism from the Inside Out with Kirva, and became certified as coach for people with neurodivergence through JST Coaching and Training.
Alongside various partners, I am facilitating many open spaces like this one for communities and organizations across the country, continuing to build analysis and educate with The Jewish Bridge Project, imani strategies, llc and others. I'm also co-facilitating with Kirva on mussar and transformative conflict mediation and designing and implementing similar processes across the fields of social services, education, legal, and healthcare. For anyone who may need a listening ear or coaching related to Palestine and/or Israel, this offering continues to be available.

Thursdays March 2 through June 15, 2023 - The Jewish Bridge Project is launching our 10th cohort of the Jewish Justice Circle: Awakening to whiteness. This bi-weekly class runs for 3 hours on Thursdays 9a-12p PT / 12-3p ET with optional drop-in sessions on alternating weeks. We are currently accepting applications through February 21, 2023 for this course which operates on a sliding-scale model of payment.

In this workshop we will navigate the how and why of our responses in cross-cultural teams. By engaging in and deconstructing a workplace scenario and noticing its visceral impacts on us, we will build capacity and vocabulary to support our responses in the moment and in the aftermath. We will also explore considerations to preemptively create space for greater understanding among colleagues.
