My work is often at the intersection of racial equity, Jewish identities, anti-Jewish oppression, harm, repair, and communicating across differences. With experience as staff, lay leader and consultant, I have a track-record of success building and supporting organizations on the leading edge of new models of Jewish engagement, bringing deep experience facilitating conversations across differences and building capacity within organizations to support shift and growth from within. I bring an active commitment to lifelong learning, embedded antiracist practices as a white Ashkenazi American Jew, and a dedication to the health and wellness of diasporic Jewish communities.I will work closely with you to create a strategy of intervention tailored to your needs.Services include facilitation (online and on-site), team building, group dynamics, systems change, capacity building, curriculum development, training, mentoring and coaching. All can be carried out remotely via video, and when safe, in-person.
