Let’s puzzle out this rubik's cube together. My organizational work often lives at the intersection of racial equity, harm and repair, communication across differences, and patterns of structural dominance and inferiority as they play out within organizations.

With experience as staff, lay leader and consultant, I have a track-record of success building and supporting institutions on the leading edge of new models of engagement, accompanying journeys of change management, and building capacity within organizations to support and sustain shift and growth from within.

I bring an active commitment to lifelong learning, embedded antiracist practices as a white Ashkenazi American Jew, and a dedication to the health and wellness of diasporic Jewish communities.

I will work closely with you to create a strategy of intervention tailored to your needs. Services include facilitation (online and on-site), team building, group dynamics, systems change, capacity building, curriculum development, training, mentoring and coaching. All can be carried out remotely via video, and when safe, in-person.
